Quincy is the house for the weeks when life is somewhere between normal and not. A crew working a local job, a family waiting out an insurance claim, someone in town for a few weeks with family: everyone gets a real bedroom, two full bathrooms mean no waiting in line, and the washer and dryer are down the stairs instead of across town. The WiFi holds up for video calls, and the dining table doubles as a workspace.
It is a solid brick home on a quiet residential street. Two bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor, a third bedroom, second full bath, lounge, and game room in the finished lower level. Out back, the yard is the reason guests come back: fenced, private, and wide open, with a grill and a carport for the truck.

- Quiet hours 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, a city requirement, and the neighbors appreciate it.
- Five-night minimum. This home is set up for people living here for a while, not a weekend.
- Exterior cameras cover the entry points for everyone's safety. There are no cameras inside.
- Travel insurance is a good idea for longer bookings, since last-minute cancellations are not refundable.
