Extended-stay home in South St. Louis

Holly Hills

3 bedrooms, 2 king + 1 queen 1 full bath Sleeps 6 Holly Hills, 63109
5.020 reviews

A quiet street, a front porch, a fenced yard for the dog, and three real bedrooms behind a door that locks behind you.

Holly Hills is the house for the weeks when you need home to keep working while everything else is in motion. Two king bedrooms and a queen, each with real bedding and a closet, so nobody is sleeping on a couch. A full kitchen with a proper coffee bar, a dining table for six, and a washer and dryer down the back stairs mean daily life carries on as usual.

It is the first level of a classic South City two-family home, with its own private entrance, high ceilings, stained glass, and exposed brick in one bedroom. Out back, the fenced yard is shaded most of the afternoon, which St. Louis summers make you grateful for.

  • Pet-friendly, fenced yard
  • Front porch
  • Two king beds
  • In-home laundry
  • Free parking
  • Utilities and internet included

Room by room

Living room

Fireplace, stained glass, room to land

A comfortable sofa and two tufted chairs face a decorative fireplace framed by stained-glass windows, with a 50-inch TV for streaming and shelves of books and board games. Hardwood floors, crown molding, and big windows keep it bright.

Kitchen and dining

Fully stocked, table for six

Full-size fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher, with drawers that actually hold the pots, pans, and utensils to cook. The coffee station covers drip, French press, and Keurig. The rustic dining table seats six for a real meal.

Bedrooms and bath

Two kings, one queen, one full bath

Each bedroom has a real bed, fresh linens, a nightstand with a USB charger, and a closet with hangers. Both king rooms have their own Roku TV; the queen room has the exposed brick. The full bath has a tub and shower combo, stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Outside and downstairs

Fenced yard, front porch, laundry, parking

The fully fenced backyard gives your dog room to run off leash and gives you a shaded spot to grill. The front porch is where guests tell us they spend their mornings. Washer and dryer are down the back stairwell. Free parking on the premises plus free street parking out front.

What guests say about Holly Hills

Rated 5.0 across 20 reviews. Every review below is from a real stay at this house.

The house worked out great for a 2-week stay with visiting family. We especially loved relaxing on the large front porch in the mornings and evenings. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, with plenty of street parking. Checking in and out could not have been easier and the hosts were some of the most responsive I have ever had.
Jessica, two-week family stay
There are no words to describe how helpful, supportive, and went way above and beyond for me and my crew! Thank you for all that you did for us.
Work crew, multi-week job in St. Louis
Loved the architectural details inside the unit: high ceilings, crown molding, stained glass, and exposed brick in one bedroom. Unit was very quiet. Would stay again!
