A large center island ringed by stainless appliances, full cookware, and a coffee bar with drip, French press, and Keurig. The dining table seats eight comfortably and ten in a pinch. The living room's deep sectional faces a fireplace and a big smart TV. A queen bedroom sits steps from a half bath for anyone who would rather skip the stairs.

Real separation from the noise below. The king bedroom has hotel-weight bedding, dresser storage, and a wall-mounted TV. The second room has two queen beds, ideal for kids, coworkers, or a couple who wants a bed each.

The house's best surprise. Two plush double beds next to a full game room with a ping pong table, life-size games, and board games. Above-grade windows keep it bright. A full bathroom down here means the upstairs crowd never waits in line, and the washer and dryer live here too.

House notes
- Check-in from 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM. Self check-in with a keypad code.
- The whole home is yours: all floors, the kitchen, the game room, and the yard. Nothing shared.
- Dogs welcome with a heads-up when you book. Please clean up after them in the yard.
- Quiet hours 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. It is a residential street, and we keep it that way.
- Maximum of 10 guests per city rules. No parties or events.
- Exterior cameras cover the entry points for everyone's safety. There are no cameras inside.
- Travel insurance is a good idea for longer bookings, since last-minute cancellations are not refundable.
- You will likely not see us during your stay, but a message reaches us any hour and we answer fast.
